Esker

Gold bearing zones on the Esker property demonstrate favourable grade and width characteristics. Examples of significant intercepts include 8.2 g/T gold over 13m, including 17.7 g/T gold over 5.7m; and 2.4 g/T gold over 71m, including 14.8 g/T gold over 4.8m. See details of selected drill holes in table below.

Previously, gold bearing veins have been targeted within gabbro (mafic) units. Four gabbro units totaling at least 5km in strike length exist within a 1300 x 600m area providing opportunity for significant tonnage potential.

Esker

Based on analysis and field work, our new exploration model suggests that the mineralization expands beyond the gabbro units into surrounding porphyry/felsic volcanics. This model may assist in discovering wider zones of extensive mineralization.

The Esker property has a number of similarities to the 6+ million ounce Hemlo gold deposit in Ontario. Both occurrences are associated with mafic units and porphyry/felsic volcanics surrounded by sedimentary rocks with banded iron formation.

Esker has been established as a significant gold exploration target that now requires an advanced drilling program to determine if a sizable resource exists.

The 100% owned Esker property is located in Nunavut, less than 10km from the Henik Lake airstrip and approximately 175km from the community of Arviat.
