F-13 is located 300 kilometres inland from the Hudson Bay coast and the community of Arviat, Nunavut. The project is hosted in Archean metavolcanics variably altered to iron carbonate and mineralized quartz veins and fractures carrying gold, silver and copper. Historic and recent work reports up to 167.86 g/T Au and 17.6% Cu and 399 g/T Au, 129 g/T Ag, & 17.1 % Cu from surface samples and 5 historivc short drill holes (301 metres) intersected 3.7 g/T Au, 8.7 g/T Ag and 0.48 % Cu over 0.65 metres. Quartz veining and carbonate alteration is widespread within the area extending two kilometres northward and gold concentrations up to 2.3 g/T were returned 600 metres to the north of the historic trenches. An induced polarization (IP) geophysical survey and soil sampling are recommended.
